Let’s set the record straight: we don’t make the gin ourselves – Benedikt Blomendahl does. And he’s really good at it.

He runs Blomendahl, an award-winning artisanal winery and distillery in the Elgin Valley, Cape Town. Every batch is crafted with top-shelf ingredients, pure mountain spring water, and a serious piece of kit – a custom 1000L copper potstill.
