Add the gin, lemon juice and honey (or sugar) to a tall glass. Fill with ice, top with some soda water (or Indian tonic water) and stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of spekboom.
Mix a dash of salt with the orange zest. Cover the rim of the martini glass with some honey and dip it into the salt and zest mix. Add the gin, orange and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into the martini glass, add a few blocks of ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Add the gin, lemon juice, honey, a sprig of thyme and blueberries to a cocktail shaker, and shake well. Fill a glass with ice and add the Blueberry BFUK Fizz over. Top with Indian tonic water and garnish with a slice of lemon.
Fill a shaker with ice. Add BFUK Fybos gin, lime juice, and raspberry syrup. Shake until chilled, about 15 seconds. Strain into a glass. Top with ginger beer and give it a gentle stir.
Muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice together in a glass (use the back of a spoon if you don’t have a muddler). Add the gin and fill the glass with ice. Top with soda water and stir gently. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wedge.
